I have a Windows 7 Ult x64 and I seem to have a lot of running programs taking up memory and keeping the HD buzzing away. This is slowing down my browser use and I am wondering if the “Network Access Protection Agent” will keep web pages from adding things that do this in the background without my approval. I also found my TrendMicro Spyware protection was somehow turned off? Also, can I run CCleaner to remove this from my “Start-Up” program list? I am struggling to figure this all out? Do I have a potential Malware problem?
