Negative Reviews
They are a giant in this industry and deliver emails pretty good, but sometimes emails wind up in the spam folder for no good reason at all. Guess it’s probably only so much they can control there. But although they’re a the top of this field, there are more affordable email management options that can do an equal or better job. My main complaint is that I can not add borders around any of the drag and drop builder emails newsletters I create. These definitely need a border tool so we can put borders around the whole newsletter or even sections within the newsletter.
