Customer Reviews
Most reviews we read were positive. There were a few that complained about LinkedIn Learning subscription cost and not having courses that users wanted. However, there are many things customers enjoy about Lynda including the clean interface, a variety of content, quality instructors and more.
Positive Reviews
I like the clear, clean look of the site and great descriptions of the course. I like knowing ahead of time to topics covered and the general outline as well as time of video and details of the person doing the training or talking. It’s nice to know they have credentials, and the content is widely varied and interesting. Also as someone who dislikes online learning, it is almost as if you have a teacher there in front of you. It’s important for me to see the teacher’s gestures, facial expressions, etc so as not to get bored or sidetracked. There is a range of individuals so even if you dislike one lecturer, it seems pretty easy to find another that you may enjoy or feel like you can connect with. – Maiah M., G2Crowd 6/9/2017
I’ve made two months premium in Lynda.com and I saw some videos on arguments that I already know something about. I can confirm that the lessons are well explained and the path sare interesting and great. Really suggested. -Emilio, TrustPilot 8/25/2016
Negative Reviews
There isn’t a lot of variety for my line of work. I find that the classes don’t really teach me anything I didn’t already know. I think they should increase the difficulty of the classes and make it worth while to sit through the videos. I find that I feel like I wasted time learning absolutely nothing. Bummed. – Paige C., G2Crowd 5/31/2016
First they show 29.95$ per month. When you want to move on, the raise the price to 34.95 unless you pay for a whole year up front. I’m wandering what other surprices will wait… That is what I call HUMBUG.I do not trust this site. – Thorkild R.Z., TrustPilot 5/31/2017
