Businesses spend too much money on printing, faxing and filing papers. Not only are you paying for those services, but you’re likely paying for someone to do those tasks. And, don’t get us started on how much paper ends up in the recycling centers, shredders and landfills! Instead, you could use secure, legally binding e-signature software. Why not, since electronic signature software can also get most documents signed faster? It takes far less time than printing signing and either scanning or faxing your documents, saves money, and it’s even better for the environment!

PDFfiller differs from the rest of the services in our reviews, since it’s chiefly a PDF document editor. But PDFfiller has some strong online signing features, as long as you can work with their limited file types: PDF, DOX, XLS, PPT, TXT and JPG files. The process for sending out documents for signatures is the same as our other services reviewed, although PDFfiller doesn’t offer conditional fields or bulk sending. Still, if you only work with these file types and need a powerful PDF editor, PDFfiller is hard to beat at this price point.
The following prices are for when you’re paying annually.
