Adobe Sign has come a long way since it took over EchoSign several years ago. They’re an integrated preferred partner with Microsoft’s Office 365, Dynamics, SharePoint, Teams and Flow. That’s a testament to their product. But Adobe Sign is still a strong contender outside of the Microsoft solution. They provide e-signatures from Adobe Document Cloud.

The signed documents are legally binding and secure. You can upload documents to Adobe Sign from, Dropbox, Google Drive or Box. The software is easy to use with plenty of features, and Adobe has great support options.

PDFfiller’s Premium plan gives up to 5 users access to SignNow’s basic e-signatures service. You won’t get advanced features like bulk sending or conditional fields, but you do get reusable templates, advanced workflows and live chat. This is a great option for small businesses that want apowerful PDF editor and don’t need a lot of e-signature features.

I’ve been using GoPaperless’s eSignOnline for over 8 years and never had a problem with it. Not sure why it isn’t featured here. It’s a great plan with many features and is priced comparatively to many of the ones in this article. I don’t work for them so please know it’s just my personal response here. Anytime I had questions I just called them and someone picked up the phone and handled the issue immediately. I just looked at the plans and all of their tiers have unlimited signing sessions so there is no concern with running out of sessions or having to pay a lot more because you need one or 2 more sessions in a month.

All of them charge for each signed document on the avarage of $0.50 di anyone knows a solution for volume signatures on the avarage of 3,000 a month?

I have beeb using PDFFILLER and one thing I really like about it is that it has live help via a chat window to walk you through questions. But more importantly, I really like full suite of docuting editing features PDFFILLER provides. I am not sure about the others.

You can also try eSignly. The best solution for all small and big businesses.

Have you tried PandaDoc? If so, how does it compare with these contenders?

If I’m not mistaken, SignNow now costs just $5/mo for a single team, not $5/user/month.

I recently tried a trial of Echosign (by Adobe). The trial was great, but problem is they show you the enterprise version with all the features you’ll never afford as a small business owner. Then when you actually sign up for a plan, they gut it out and you only get a really handicapped version of it. I’m now moving over to SignNow. It’s not quite as smooth to use as EchoSign, and doesn’t have as many form options such as formatting the text of input boxes 🙁 but it meets our needs for only $5/month.

I think CudaSign is now called SignNow. They’ve also changed their pricing. Does this change your analysis? Is there a way for you to update this article?

I think Echosign has changed its pricing. I see at that the personal plan is $10, which actually makes it one of the cheapest of the plans!

Docusign Personal is also $10/month. They also have zipform integration for real estate agents, which is awesome.
