Consumer Reviews

We scoured the web to find out how real users rate QuickBooks Commerce. Here are some of the reviews we’ve found to give you an overall picture of QuickBooks Commerce, from the customers’ perspectives.

The user reviews below mention Quickbooks Commerce’s former name TradeGecko. Only the name changed in the Fall 2020 Intuit acquisition, it is the same software. It’s too early to tell if the customer service and other issues reported will be resolved under Intuit ownership.

Positive Reviews

We also like how easy TradeGecko is to use. Not only does the interface make it easy to find the features you need but also the entire platform is designed to eliminate extra steps and streamline your inventory management. The service even includes a number of features to help you easily sync your inventory with your accounting software. Combine all that with the service’s top-notch onboarding service for new customers and the platform’s low rates, and it’s clear that TradeGecko offers incredible value for the price.  – Courtenay S., Business.org, 5/13/2020

The training resources really cut down on time spent inducting new staff into the system. – Michael L., CEO of Car Passionate, 5/13/2020

Complaints

I have been using Trade Gecko for almost a year now and I wouldn’t recommend it at all. I have constant inventory issues. I currently do not have inventory correctly syncing between Trade Gecko and Shopify which is causing endless huge headaches. I plan on leaving the platform as soon as I have the new solution in place. – Toastie, Shopify App, 09/23/2020

Can be cumbersome for a small business due to the many options and features. These features are what allow for significant scaling but can be overwhelming at times – similar to something like SalesForce. Focus on what you need to make it work for you and don’t try to become an expert on other functions until you need them. – Sean L., G2, 10/17/2017
